Josie is known for her playful and non-judgemental nature in her classes. Her hope is to assist you in finding peace, love, harmony, and balance, through yoga, so you can bring it into your daily life.

Her wish is to sprinkle a little love and joy wherever she goes.

Amelia has been a dancer, model, and performer in the Las Vegas area for over 20 years. She started yoga in 2001 to help her body deal with the stress of dancing 12 shows a week. Since then, her love for yoga grew and she has studied many different styles of yoga including Vinyasa Flow, Hatha, and Kundalini. Amelia also designed a Hatha set series called “Align and Breathe” which has been taught for the last 7 years in several different studios in Las Vegas. Show up for yourself, have fun, and don’t take things too seriously.

Lori is a Certified Martha Beck Life Coach and an ERYT 300 (Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher) and is a YACEP (yoga alliance continuing education provider)w ith over 3000 hours of teaching experience.

For four decades, Denise Druce has been inspiring folks to live healthier, happier lives. She calls herself an Elevator…when you’re around her, you’re going up! Her non-profit Yoga Forward is “taking yoga where it isn’t”…prisons, shelters, schools, and shopping malls. She has a Masters Degree in Public Health, is a C-IATY Yoga Therapist and a Yoga Alliance E-RYT500. Her greatest life lessons came with her journey with breast cancer. It taught her to thrive, and because of it, she thrives on inviting her students to stand at the “Soft Edge of the Hard Place” on the mat, and off.

Australian born, Pittsburg based, Joanne holds a BSW, MA, C-IAYT, and E-RYT500 degrees and certifications.  She has trained in yoga therapy with Amy Weintraub (LifeForce Yoga), Susi Hately (Functional Synergy), Kristine Weber (Subtle Yoga) and Jill Miller (Yoga Tune-Up). Joanne is a Life Force Practitioner II and serves as a mentor for the LifeForce Yoga Institute.  Joanne also formed Yoga In Schools, a nonprofit organization geared towards incorporating yoga practice in the classroom.  She is also the author of Absolute Beginners Yoga, Best Practices for Yoga in Schools, Stories of School Yoga, and Trauma Informed Yoga.

Atlanta suburb based, Megan Kearney, a 500 E-RYT, is Yoga Medicine Registered Therapeutic Specialist and YM 200 faculty member, currently working on her 1000 hour certification. A certified Thai massage therapist, Megan also has a Bachelor’s degree in the combined areas of Kinesiology, Journalism and Business. She holds additional training in iREST yoga nidra, animal locomotion and movement, mental health and traumatic brain injury resilience.

Becky Rondone

Maryland based, Becky is a U.S. Army Veteran, a former Federal Police Officer, and a former Federal Police Academy Physical Training Instructor. Becky has over a decade of experience being a Personal Trainer and holds the RYT200 certification. She also volunteers and sponsors Christian Mission trips to include Costa Rica, El Salvador, Puerto Rico, Honduras, and Haiti while sharing the importance of yoga emphasizing breath-work. Becky also enjoys offering her services as a youth strength and conditioning coach across the country. Becky has also obtained her degree in psychology and is well versed in nutrition and health. Becky embodies a comprehensive skill set geared to enhancing the psychological and physiological well-being of her clients. Becky is a certified Maryland First Responder as well as a Youth Safety Coach through USA Athletics.

Jen Xanders

Indianapolis Based, Jen Xanders holds the RYT200, E-RYT500, and YACEP certifications through Yoga Alliance. Jen has also been a Lululemon Ambassador since 2012.

“I began the practice of yoga to get stronger, and somewhere along the way realized yoga can heal not only the body but also settle the mind. I find this practice to be a metaphor for life that helps us hone the tools that we need to not just survive our hectic lives but to live them and love them!”

Jen also created the Flourish Yoga and Wellbeing 200 RYT teacher training and has graduated the 6th group of trainees.

She has dedicated her entire adulthood to teaching yoga to children of all ages and abilities. Ms. Brandon provides clear and consistent boundaries for children to learn and grow. She honors their space and allows the freedom to express themselves. Ms. Brandon’s playful, gentle style allows both kids and adults to find a personal connection to their yoga practice.

Originally hailing from London, UK, Josh now finds himself to be a permanent desert-dweller as a Las Vegas resident. Alongside pursuing a passion for Theatre, Music and Art, Josh has spent much of his adult life exploring the practice of Yoga. In 2015, driven by a need to get to the very core of the discipline, he travelled to an Ashram in the Yoga Capital of the World: Rishikesh in the Indian Himalayas. Since studying as a private student beneath Acharya Vinay Kaushik in Classical Hatha and Vinyasa at the Jeevmoksha Yoga Gurukul, Josh has travelled across Europe and the USA practicing and sharing this incredible tradition.

My yoga practice started in 1999, Birmingham, Michigan with Jonny Kest, it was awesome, had no idea I walked into a world of movement, that would graciously change my life. I did my first 200YTT with Karen Fox in 2009, and again in Las Vegas 2015. 400 YTT hours, the study, the reading, the practice, the teaching is a true gift to me that I cherish and love to share.

Yael Calhoun, MA, MS, E-RYT is the Executive Director of GreenTREE Yoga and is a writer/series editor of over 20 books, DVDs/CDs, and training manuals on using yoga for trauma, special needs, children, seniors, caregivers, and cancer survivors. She leads professional development trainings for health care providers and teachers. Yael works with veterans, refugees, schools, and inmates. Yael received her BA from Brown University, her MA in Education from SCSU, and her MS in Natural Resources from URI. In addition, Yael is an E-RYT and is trained in Trauma-sensitive Yoga through the Trauma Justice Institute.

Asheville, NC based, Tara offers a different experience. Teaching was Tara’s Dharma long before she realized it. She grew up with a bow and arrow in her hands, learning to pull back with just enough aim and control to send her arrow into the abyss, knowing and trusting it would hit its intended mark. And so she enters each class, each workshop, each lesson.. Having prepared her body and mind to become that bow – that vessel – that let’s her lesson…letting that arrow fly… Weaving its way into the provided space and landing wherever it is intended.

Truckee, CA based, Arielle discovered her yoga and meditation practices 6 years ago, which opened her eyes to a world of calm, balance, and confidence. She enjoys the peace and clarity that yoga and meditation bring to her and hopes to share this with her students.
After completing her 200 hour Teacher Training in 2019 and her Level 1 Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training in 2021, Ari felt a greater sense of purpose and was further inspired to share her love of yoga with her community.
Ari loves to spend time outdoors; adventuring with her family, hiking, or practicing yoga. In her classes, she strives to provide a space for her students to find calm and balance in their lives.

Hendersonville, NC based, Tucker Shelton has studied and taught yoga for over a decade. Tucker holds 780 RYT training hours in Hatha, Ashtanga, Yin, Restorative, Bhakti Vinyasa, Vini, Senior, Therapeutic, Children’s, Pre/Postnatal, Vinyasa Krama, Anusara, and Kaula Tantra Yoga forms and 475 training hours in the Kaiut Yoga Method. Tucker has also studied 200 hours of Thai Yoga Massage in Chiang Mai, Thailand and has a Masters with Honors in Contemplative Religious Studies and Sanskrit Language from Naropa University in Boulder, CO. Tucker has taught and studied throughout the United States and around the world, from New Zealand.

Indianapolis based, Kathy Busto Mickel has devoted her professional career to teaching, leading, coaching and developing others. After working in the corporate environment for 20 years in leadership and Human Resource positions, she continues to live with the same devotion in a more individualized setting through the tools of Yoga, Meditation, Breathing, Coaching and more.

Kathy received her training through Santosha School in Indiana polis and holds RYT200, E-RYT500, and YACEP certifications through Yoga Alliance. She is also a devoted student of Paramahansa Yogananda.

My name is Lebo, and I’m from South Africa. I am a registered yoga teacher and the founder of Yoga Well-Rounded… my commitment therein is to teach the practice of yoga in clarifying the misconceptions about what yoga is. I work with people like me… people living in larger bodies, trauma stricken populations, children, seniors, veterans, and other communities and organizations.

Among other things, I’m also a paralegal, majored in the Law of International Human Rights from the University of South Africa. My entire life’s is centered around the African Philosophy of uBuntu ~”I am because we are”. And as a yoga teacher, I stand for social justice and equity; I stand for teaching yoga on or off the mat in a manner that is safe, informed, transformative and a YES for EVERY BODY.
