Joanne Spence

Joanne Spence – Slow Movement

Bring your blankets, bolsters, pillows, and blocks. This class will slow you down and tap into your parasympathetic nervous system.  Ideal for people who suffer from anxiety, busy bees, working professionals always tied to the clock, parents who are constantly on the go, and seniors looking for subtle movement.  Settle in and find ease in your body for the first time in a while.
