
Jen Young – Slow Flow
The name may be a bit misleading, but the elements are the same as Hot Vinyasa. It is set to softer music and develops strength and flexibility through a slower, more guided pace. Some series of postures are repeated several times to give students an opportunity to “work” on each pose. Slow Flow is open to anyone willing to explore yoga’s fullest potential.

I love yoga, it’s really that simple for me. My yoga practice started in 1999, Birmingham, Michigan with Jonny Kest, it was awesome, had no idea I walked into a world of movement, that would graciously change my life. I did my first 200YTT with Karen Fox in 2009, and again in Las Vegas 2015. 400 YTT hours, the study, the reading, the practice, the teaching is a true gift to me that I cherish and love to share.
