Vinyasa “Flow” is a style of yoga that uses your breath to guide you into your next pose. This style of yoga is usually a feel good, easy, and energizing style that is friendly for beginners and multi level practitioners.

For four decades, Denise Druce has been inspiring folks to live healthier, happier lives. She calls herself an Elevator…when you’re around her, you’re going up! Her non-profit Yoga Forward is “taking yoga where it isn’t”…prisons, shelters, schools, and shopping malls. She has a Masters Degree in Public Health, is a C-IATY Yoga Therapist and a Yoga Alliance E-RYT500. Her greatest life lessons came with her journey with breast cancer. It taught her to thrive, and because of it, she thrives on inviting her students to stand at the “Soft Edge of the Hard Place” on the mat, and off.
