Charles B. Crenshaw, Jr. – Breath & Movement
Indianapolis based, Charles B. Crenshaw, Jr on behalf of Inner Peace Yoga (a 501c3 org) will introduce the often overlooked aspect of the breath as students are guided through postures. Basic but overlooked breathing exercises will be introduced with a view of helping students increase the subtlety of their awareness.

Charles B Crenshaw Jr. holds a master’s degree in Eastern Studies/Comparative Psychology/Holistic Health (a degree in yoga therapy). Certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT), E-RYT 500, senior teacher for the Association Himalayan Meditation Societies International and Himalayan Yoga Teachers Transformation Program.
Former co-director of the Himalayan International Institute of Yoga Science and Philosophy, New York City.
He is co-founder of the 501 C(3) Inner Peace Yoga Center in Indianapolis, a non-profit educational organization. Author of Pathless Path: God, Grace, Guru. He has appeared in Yoga International magazine and the book Anatomy of Hatha Yoga. Co-author EFT for Meditation
