Becky Rondone – Hatha Align
Verbal, precise and actively corrected. This class will bring awareness of misalignments and how to correct them. You will explore basic poses more deeply, as well as practice intermediate and advanced poses. By repeating poses and staying in them longer, you have time to discover a deeper level of understanding of both basic and more refined levels of alignment: inner and outer, shape and direction, form and function. Being still in a pose will become effortless and joyful.
Becky RondoneYoga Instructor
Maryland based, Becky is a U.S. Army Veteran, a former Federal Police Officer, and a former Federal Police Academy Physical Training Instructor. Becky has over a decade of experience being a Personal Trainer and holds the RYT200 certification. She also volunteers and sponsors Christian Mission trips to include Costa Rica, El Salvador, Puerto Rico, Honduras, and Haiti while sharing the importance of yoga emphasizing breath-work. Becky also enjoys offering her services as a youth strength and conditioning coach across the country. Becky has also obtained her degree in psychology and is well versed in nutrition and health. Becky embodies a comprehensive skill set geared to enhancing the psychological and physiological well-being of her clients. Becky is a certified Maryland First Responder as well as a Youth Safety Coach through USA Athletics.
