movement. Cultivate inner harmony and increase outer mobility as you unwind the accumulated
tensions of the mind and body. Stretch towards joy and strengthen towards stability. All
experience levels welcome and you will be encouraged to follow the wisdom of your body to
know when to ease out of or deeper into a pose.

Montana based, Becca is a passionate, nature-loving, and a gentle yoga practitioner/teacher. Becca is trained in several areas of yoga and continues to be a student of yoga and life.
Her daily yoga practice has been the keystone to bringing balance, alignment, and joy to a once chaotic life.
When not on her mat, Becca can be found in the kitchen or outdoors in the mountains, among the trees, or alongside water with her partner and dogs.
