Pop Up Kids Class at ShakRa Yoga – Shakopee, MN

Kids love yoga and we are delighted to bring our Pop Up Kids Classes to your area!  This class is focused on ages 5-8 years old and will be limited to 15 kids.  Your child can expect to use breathing exercises to focus and calm their mind, use playful movement to build body awareness, and most importantly, have fun without electronics!  Proceeds from this class will fund free yoga for underserved youth across the country.
